		<description>Wow, great point Slawek!  There are so many coaches out there, business coaches, life coaches, mentors and trainers who are available to help us through times when life seems to throw us challenges. 

 Its too easy to hang our heads and sulk and blame somebody else for our troubles.  It takes real courage and strength to seek out and ask for help.  And as you said, that is what can transform the rough times  into positive growth and learning experiences.  And, when you have been able to sccessfully deal with challenges how knows, it may be you next time, that some one comes to for help.
